This is a stainless steel AISI 316L Rock Anchor.
The Anellox (hole diam. 8,10 and 12) is tested with its relative expansion plug Hang Fix and is intended for climbing, caving, canyoning and mountaineering.
Tests were made with the following Hang fix:

Art. 583 Anellox Diam. 12 + Hang Fix Art. 224
Art. 190 and Art. 189 are variants of the Art. 583
The dimensions of the items are the same, but change the diameter of
the hole:
